• ZAWebs.com's sole purpose is to provide an affordable quality service. Please read the below terms prior to ordering.

• ZAWebs.com reserve the right to suspend an account if these terms are breached.

• ZAWebs.com will process the order within 48 hours but accept no responsibility if a domain name is no longer available.

• ZAWebs.com will provide confidentiality & will not forward any information provided by client.

• Once the order is placed it can not be cancelled unless an e-mail is received at sales@zawebs.com prior to the order being processed.

• Additional Services can not be cancelled, once a domain name has been processed, prior to the next annual renewal.

• To cancel additional services e-mail sales@zawebs.com

• ZAWebs.com reserves the right to refuse service and/or access to its servers to anyone at any time.

• ZAWebs.com do not allow any of the following content to be stored on its servers: Illegal Material - This includes copyrighted works, commercial audio, video, or music files, and any material in violation of any Federal, State or Local regulation. Adult Material - Includes all pornography, erotic images, or otherwise lewd or obscene content. The designation of "adult material" is left entirely to the discretion of ZAWebs.com.

• ZAWebs.com may implement the following policy to its sole discretion: When a website found to be monopolising the resources available, the account holder will be contacted in order to discuss the situation. If no arrangement can be reached, ZAWebs.com reserves the right to terminate the account giving one months notice.

• Storage of files is not permitted on our servers.

• The client is responsible for keeping a backup copy of all material held on the web site.

• Once ordered ZAWebs.com will e-mail an Invoice to the applicant. Payment must be made within 14 days. ZAWebs.com cannot guarentee continuance of service if the Invoice is not paid within 14 days.

• ZAWebs.com own the rights to the domain name until the invoice has been paid.

• Renewal notices will be sent at least 30 days prior to renewal.

• Payments must be received prior to renewal date.

• All payments should be cash, cheque or by bank transfer into our account.

INDEMNIFICATION

Customer agrees that it shall defend, indemnify, save and hold ZAWebs.com harmless from any and all demands, liabilities, losses, costs and claims, including reasonable attorney's fees asserted against ZAWebs.com, its agents, its customers, officers and employees, that may arise or result from any service provided or performed or agreed to be performed or any product sold by customer, its agents, employees or assigns. Customer agrees to defend, indemnify and hold harmless ZAWebs.com against liabilities arising out of; (1) any injury to person or property caused by any products sold or otherwise distributed in connection with ZAWebs.com' server; (2) any material supplied by customer infringing or allegedly infringing on the proprietary rights of a third party; (3) copyright infringement and (4) any defective products sold to customer from ZAWebs.com' server.

ZAWebs.com will not be responsible for any damages your business may suffer. ZAWebs.com makes no warranties of any kind, expressed or implied for services we provide. ZAWebs.com disclaims any warranty or merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. This includes loss of data resulting from delays, non-deliveries, wrong delivery, and any and all service interruptions caused by ZAWebs.com and its employees / servants. ZAWebs.com reserves the right to revise its policies at any time.
